Wolf Ridge Farm is up and running and starting its first growing season! Soon fresh organic produce will be heading one mile up the hill to the dining room to feed our students and guests.

The farm is a unique opportunity to teach the benefits of locally grown food, healthy eating, and sustainable farming practices to all who come to Wolf Ridge.

And like all of the education at Wolf Ridge, the farm will immerse young people in the experience. We’re beginning with our first hoop house this spring, but the vision is to produce all the vegetables we consume at Wolf Ridge. Even the dining hall will become a young person’s “laboratory” for fresh produce as they help prepare and taste new foods.

Over 13,000 people will be exposed to the farm each year and will be inspired to take what they learn back into their families, schools, and communities in ways that promote the long-term health of the land and food sources.
