WHOLE LEARNING SCHOOL

Welcome to The Whole Learning School, a Twin Cities’ private school for children with special needs. We focus on providing an individualized education that teaches essential life skills, social awareness and interaction, and academics that prepare students to achieve a fulfilling and independent life.

The Whole Learning School is designed to help our “specially-abled” students succeed in a learning environment that understands and supports their needs. Our expertly-trained staff provide a multi-sensory, hands-on and reflective learning experience that gives students the opportunity to truly learn. In addition, we provide small class sizes (2-9 students) and learning plans customized to each child’s current developmental level and learning needs for mastering critical knowledge and skills.

Most importantly, students at The Whole Learning School enjoy meaningful membership in our school community. They experience a safe, supported, and intimate learning environment where they feel physically and emotionally secure. Together, they are engaged and motivated to learn and grow. Our integrated program is a journey that enables students - who may have struggled in traditional environments - to become confident, independent self-advocates prepared for their next steps in life.
