Founded in 1968, the mission of the White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) is to build creative and culturally rich communities in the White Bear area by providing arts experiences for children, adults, and families. Offering over 525 art classes per year, WBCA provides quality arts education for over 6,200 children, adults and families in the north east metro area.
