All funds raised provide many seniors and people with disabilities the opportunity to remain safe and independent in their homes!

We are so excited about our 9th Annual Wacky Hacker Golf Tournament on Friday, August 27th. The money we have raised from this golf tournament has provided many seniors and people with disabilities the opportunity to remain safe and independent in their own homes! It is amazing how one day of fun can change so many lives! The volunteers, staff and the people we serve appreciate your contribution to Faith in Action! Your contribution to our Wacky Hacker Golf Tournament supports Horizon Health Faith In Action’s efforts to... - Provide programs and services for individuals and families with an aging family member - Raise awareness and provide resources for family caregivers for support and respite Faith in Action’s “Half a Bubble Off Crew provided 270 hours of service in home modifications, including ramps, to 11 people in our community in 2009!

$ 250 This donation may go to support several of our community education programs, such as our Dine & Discover Series that provides seniors and caregivers with valuable information on how to remain healthy and thrive in their communities.
$ 500 This donation may go to support our valuable community advocacy programs that ensure the needs of the seniors and developmentally disabled in our community are known and their voices heard as programs are constructed and laws passed.
