By giving to United Arts Fund, you provide valuable support to arts organizations that work in schools and communities throughout Minnesota. Organizations use the funds they receive from your donations to actively engage participants and audiences in musical, visual, performing and literary arts. The results? Access for people of all abilities is increased. Students learn artistic, social, academic and life skills. Communities start conversations. Legacy Amendment dollars don’t cover everything – the arts still need you and YOU still need the arts.

$ 25 Cost of Chicago Avenue Project post-show refreshments so youth artists can interact with the audience
$ 50 Provides 1,000 copies of youth-designated, linguistically appropriate health and wellness literature to the Asian & Pacific Islander communities.
$ 75 Provides approximately 50% of the total cost to send a professional musician from the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra's Music to You Program to visit an assisted living facility, social service organization or school.
$ 100 Provides 20 families with one semester of music lessons.
$ 150 Provides one hour of artist planning times with teachers and covers the cost of special materials llike glitter, gold braid, bright ribbon and silky fabric for a Chinese Dragon.
$ 200 Artist teaching time for teacher-staff development.
$ 500 Purchases bus transportation for an accomplished choir to travel to several schools in southeast Minnesota where school children are introduced to vocal music and the opportunity it presents for enjoyment, enrichment and excellence.
