"Since early 2010, I struggled with finding the perfect home. I would find a house that I would really like and get let down because I couldn’t afford it or the seller went with another buyer. It was a very frustrating experience for quite a few months, until my Realtor and I met with Two Rivers Community Land Trust. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect home that was in great condition and affordable. Little did I know Two Rivers would find me a home in the same neighborhood where I was raised. This past November, Two Rivers changed my life and made my dream a reality. I live in a great house, wonderful neighborhood, and I hope one day to raise a family here."
All donations are received and receipted by Razoo Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charity that operates a donor advised fund to fulfill donor advisements.
