Tri-County Humane Society (TCHS) is Central Minnesota's independent, nonprofit animal shelter. We are not a government agency and we are not associated with any state or national humane orgaization. We rely on the support of our friends through donations, fundraising events and adoption fees. Words can not describe all that we do day in and day out. In an average year, over 4,000 animals come to our door. None are turned away. Each has needs that are met with kindness, love and support. There are days the task seems daunting, days when it seems like we'll never make a difference. But, we keep going, because each and every animal matters. And every one we save is one less that is in need. This effort takes not only time and dedication, but plain and simply, it takes money.
