The mission of Tri-CAP is to be a catalyst to expand opportunities for the economic and social well being of our residents and the physical revitalization of our communities.
Tri-CAP provides rural transportation, volunteer driver programs, new home construction, home rehabilitation programs, weatherization, energy assistance, housing counseling, financial counseling, pre-employment skill training, a variety of groups and other smaller programs.
All donations are received and receipted by Razoo Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charity that operates a donor advised fund to fulfill donor advisements.
