In the spirit of Thrivent Financial’s mission to help others, all 2012 field conference attendees are invited to learn more about and contribute to the efforts of three non-profits chosen by Thrivent Financial’s three Divisional Volunteers of the Year. Funds raised will be added to a fund at the Lutheran Community Foundation and will be distributed equally to the following charities:

The Lutheran Deaconess Association
Carsten Falkenberg, East Divisional Volunteer of the Year

Friends of American Lake Veterans Golf Course
Kevin Gleim, West Divisional Volunteer of the Year

Wounded Warrior Project
Paul White, Midwest Divisional Volunteer of the Year

Each RFO nominated one FR to be Divisional Volunteer of the Year. The honor is based on outstanding service to others in church, community, chapter and professional organizations during 2011.
