TRCF develops community and philanthropic assets to enhance the quality of life for families in the greater Elk River area.
Founded in 1989 and serving the Elk River, Otsego, Rogers and Zimmerman (Minnesota) area, TRCF is a community fund of the Initiative Foundation. Its community-strengthening projects have focused on student scholarships, arts and culture, and community leadership.
