I wanted to run a 2nd marathon, but thought I should do some good with it.

TCR! provides employers with skilled workers - primarily men from communities of color in the Twin Cities area - by training under- and unemployed adults for skilled jobs that pay a living wage of at least $20,000 annually.

TCR! also happens to be my neighbor at work and we get to hear and see the success stories that they are responsible for.

Couldn't feel better about helping this organization out and you should too! Anything will help!
