At Take-Up Productions, our Trylon microcinema continues to prove that there is a Twin Cities community that loves exciting contemporary and classic film. Our movie theater has been running both digital and 35mm features efficiently and sustainably since July 2009.

Take-Up is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we're asking for your tax deductible donation to continue to improve our cinema and expand our programming. Whether you show your support by volunteering, donating funds, or even just attending a single show--we thank you for considering pitching in to share the movies we all love.

    Great programing - thoughtful and creative! Thanks for all the great cult clasics like Naked Lunch, the REEL JAZZ Film Series and the wonderfull collaboration with the Orange Mighty Trio playing their original score for the silent film "La Riviere du Hibou" .... Sorry I missed the deadline for Give to the Max Day - I hope it helps anyway!

    Without Take-Up Productions, there would be no Sound Unseen monthly screenings and "The Defenders" series would only be an idea, not a reality.
