Student-led Phillips Neighborhood Clinic
A project of STUDENT VOLUNTEER FOUNDATION
The Phillips Neighborhood Clinic (PNC) is a free clinic operated by University of Minnesota health professional students. Their mission is to provide accessible, culturally appropriate, interdisciplinary health care services and education in order to reduce the burdens of poor medical access and raise the quality of life for their patients. They also strive to provide health professional students with the skills needed to effectively and compassionately serve people who are uninsured or underinsured.
Last year, they provided free health care services to over 500 patients. This year, they look forward to helping even more patients as they are now open two nights a week. We hope that you will join us in supporting the Phillips Neighborhood Clinic as they continue to provide free physical therapy, mental health care, pharmacy, nutrition counseling and medical care to those in need.
