Contributions will be used to implement the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program to help students have greater love for themselves and others.
“Our school’s mission states that we educate the whole child, including socially and emotionally,” wrote Sue Clausen, St. John the Baptist Catholic School Principal, in the school’s request to partner with Peace Maker Foundation.
“We seek to help our students get along with each other and to give them skills to stand up for themselves. With training and help, we believe students’ self-esteem will be raised and any depression minimized,” Mrs. Clausen continued. “All students need to come to school knowing they will be safe emotionally and physically.”
Because Peace Maker Foundation operating expenses are paid for by separate donations, 100% of what you contribute will help St. John the Baptist’s bullying prevention work.
Peace Maker Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that raises contributions to support school violence prevention programs. Our goal is for every school to be able to teach conflict resolution skills and be safe places for kids. Thank you for your help with this effort.
