Sholom is a not-for-profit organization providing a broad continuum of residential, social service, and health care services primarily for older adults and within a Jewish environment. Your support of Sholom allows us to continue to care for those who cared for us. Sholom is made up of several facilities on two main campuses: The Norman and Lisette Ackerberg Community Campus in St. Louis Park is comprised of Knollwood Place Apartments, Menorah West, Sholom Home West (The Joe and Blanche Numero Building) and the Roitenberg Family Assisted Living Residence (The Numero-Steinfeldt Foundation Assisted Living Pavilion and the Hodroff Center for Memory Care). The Rossy and Richard Shaller Family Sholom East Campus now open in St. Paul includes Bentson Family Assisted Living Residence, Shirley Chapman Sholom Home East, Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Apartments, Johnson Center and Hospice Care Agency, David Feinberg Vitality & Aquatics Center and the Roitenberg Family Adult Day Center.
