Help provide a backpack and school supplies to a help a child prepare for school.
Each fall, the annual School Supply Drive collects thousands of backpacks and school supplies to provide for children that may not otherwise have the basic tools they need to begin school ready to succeed. Volunteers donate time to buy supplies, pack school bags and distribute them to thousands of children and families. 2008 marks the first year distribution events were held in all three metro communities.
All donations are received and receipted by Razoo Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charity that operates a donor advised fund to fulfill donor advisements.
On Give to the Max Day, November 16, 2011, thousands of Minnesota nonprofits raised $13.4 million in just 24 hours.
