Why care about childhood obesity? Check out the video below. It's at frightening levels--and yet it's also curable and preventable.

Childhood obesity? Nature deficit disorder? Not if we can help it. Through our Wise Kids programs, we teach kids how to lead a healthier life--not as a diet, but as a lifelong approach that doesn't prohibit any foods (unless there's an allergy involved), but to balance the good-for-you foods with the not-so-good, and adding physical activity to the mix. Getting outdoors is not just good for kids' health, but they can learn to take care of nature too--all while having fun.
