Red Wing Youth Outreach has been providing at-risk youth the support, encouragement and skills they need to make a healthy transition to adulthood for the past 20 years.

Through our signature program, Inspiring Tomorrow's Leaders, we provide these youth with life coaching and independent living skills groups.

Through this work we help them acheive significant accomplishments in their education, self-sufficiency and being ready for post-secondary education and the workforce.

We accomplished the following outcomes last year:

• 91% of seniors and above received their diploma or GED.
• 86% of students reduced risk factors associated with dropping out of high school.
• 75% increased their motivation, personal awareness and engagement as measured by a coaching assessment.
• 72% increased their GPA.
• 44% became employed.
• 33% enrolled in college or are in the process of enrollment.

This year we will be adding a hand's on paid work experience to youth in order for them to gain experience and work towards stable employment.

This impactful work would not be possible without the generosity of our individual donors.

Without people like you, these at-risk youth would be less likely to graduate from high school, attend college or obtain stable employment.

Often times not being successful in school or work leads at-risk youth to a life of crime and the use of drugs and alcohol.
