Today, more than 80% of our residents care is reimbursed through Medical Assistance. This means we write-off a good deal of our true operational costs, and we fill this financial gap through fundraising efforts. This is why your dollars are so important to Rakhma! We provide "unconditional love" to all who are walking the journey of memory loss. Our social model (opposed to a medical model) focuses on keeping "life normal" for our residents. We provide weekly, high-impact, social outings to destinations such as The Minneapolis Art Institute, the Walker Art Institute, Stepping StoneTheater, Children's Theaters, Apple Orchards, boating and fishing on area lakes and rivers, and much more!
