Monies donated will help with our mission of promoting quilting to the people of Minnesota.

Who does Minnesota Quilters help. Grants are awarded each year to small quilds and organizations who help people in their local cities. A few examples of small groups who have received money from Minnesota Quilters are: Bundles of Love who provide baby clothing and bedding to Minnesota babies in need and their families. Sauk Center Pins'N' Needles quilt group who is bringing nationally know quilt and fiber artist and Minnesota resident Susan Stein to quilters who live far from the Twin City area. The Evening Star Quilters in Red Wing who make quilts for their local charities. These are a few examples of where our money goes along with funding to Public TV stations in the outlying areas of Minnesota so that quilt programs are brought to as many people as possible.

The quilting tradition continues because today's quilters are willing to teach the next generation.
