ProAct, Inc. is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our community members with disabilities by providing employment, training, life skills development and community integration opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment and full community inclusion. For those who are ready for competitive employment, ProAct provides short-term job development services as well as long-term employment support. For individuals who may not be ready for competitive employment, ProAct offers community based group employment, in-center work, volunteer opportunities and employment training classes. And for those who are not able to work, ProAct provides a comprehensive array of day services including a variety of life skills classes and community integration activities.     ProAct in Red Wing has given my son a sense of life's reward for contributing in their work place. Our ski club has recognized the staff's dedication and our Foundation has donated many pieces of exercise equipment. I am proud to be part of the ULLR Ski for Light Foundation which facilitated these gifts to enhance the lives of ProAct's consumers.
