The BWCAW is a beautiful place. When I have traveled through this Wilderness I have seen many wonderful things and I want this delicate and pristine environment to stay this way for as long as possible. Companies trying to mine near the BWCAW have stated that these mines would pollute large portions of the BWCAW and the lake waters would exceed acceptable water standards for over 6000 years.
