A desperate woman called in tears. "I saw the ad in the paper about your ministry and I just had to call. I didn't know who else to turn to. Can you help me?"

Through the power of prayer we see miracles every day: people healed physically and emotionally, marriages restored and lives filled with despair given new hope. Since 1995, Prayer Ventures has offered personal prayer ministry for anyone in need in the community. We not only minister to hurting people one-on-one. We also offer workshops, retreats and conferences where people can learn to pray for others.

In 2010, we held 39 events that served 1,695 people; 216 volunteers donated 2,875 hours to help us operate our programs. We believe that prayer is powerful and life changing—not only for individuals, but also for churches and communities as well.

Our passion is to see EVERY church in the Twin Cities have a trained prayer team to pray for people in need. Prayer Ventures primarily serves the Minneapolis-St Paul metro area, but partnerships with national and international ministries have extended our outreach beyond Minnesota.
