Early childhood education helps children get ready for kindergarten.
Research shows children who attend a preschool program before entering kindergarten are ready to learn and have less problems later in life. It is a cost savings in the long term to have children enrolled in early childhood education because potential learning or behavior problems are identified early and preventative measures are put in place.
Every child should have the opportunity to attend early childhood education such as preschool. At this time, the State of Minnesota does not cover the costs associated with providing an early childhood experience for all children. Families must pay a tuition or fee.
Your donation would help offer scholarships to families who may need extra help in paying for an early childhood experience for their child. Thank you!
