For over 16 years, the Organizing Apprenticeship Project (OAP) has invested in a new kind of community organizing in Minnesota. Today OAP graduates organize in communities all over the state, and are bringing communities of color, American Indians, new immigrant communities and white communities take powerful, constructive and positive action for equity in Minnesota.
