The North East Neighborhoods Living at Home / Block Nurse Program was established as a resource center to support elders remain safe and independent while still socially involved in their communities. As a Block Nurse Program we provide or arrange whatever support an elder neighbor needs to continue living at home as long as possible.

For over four years, non-profit, community-owned North East Neighborhoods LAH/BNP has helped elders stay healthy while living in their own homes.
