Neighborhood Development Alliance is a non-profit community development corporation serving St. Paul and the metro-area Latino community.
Neighborhood Development Alliance (NeDA) opened its doors in 1989 as a non-profit community development corporation whose mission is to strengthen the vitality of lower-income neighborhoods within the City of St. Paul. We create and preserve housing and business opportunities for residents of all income levels.
Over the years, our services have expanded to provide a continuum of housing and financial counseling services to the Latino population in the seven county metro area. NeDA's real estate development goal is to create quality, affordable, long-term housing in order to build a vibrant community. Our counseling program goal is to respect every individual or family who requests our services by providing professional and confidential counseling throughout the organization.
