Music in Mears concert and movies series

Established in 2004, Music in Mears is a free, Thursday eveing concert and movie series that was started by Brian Horst along with Kyle Johnson in as an event to bring a live music series to lowertown and highlight the beauty of Mears Park. The event needed to also create a greater sense of community and enhance the civic pride. Since then Brian has lead the charge scraping together the funds to pull together some of the best emerging artists along with a few local all stars.
