Donor gifts will help us with special programming that will help our residents maintain their health and sense of independence.
Mount Olivet Home is a 94-bed, semi-independent living facility featuring private accommodations for elderly residents. For almost 50 years, Mount Olivet Home has helped the aged and aging live as independently as possible in a safe and supportive environment. Our residents can manage the activities of daily life, but often need help with medications and other services. They furnish their rooms with favorite possessions, and take their meals and other refreshments in a dining room on the main floor. Educational and entertainment opportunities, outings to area restaurants, and weekly worship services help keep them intellectually and emotionally refreshed.
Directly connected to its skilled-care sister facility, Mount Olivet Careview Home, Mount Olivet Home can ease the transition for residents whose care needs increase. We also offer a secured memory-care unit for residents coping with the early stages of memory loss. Residents living in the memory-care unit eat in their own social but secured dining room, and engage in supervised activites designed to stimulate and entertain. As with all our programming, the goal is to maintain our residents' health and dignity as they continue on life's long journey. Please consider a donation to support these services, with our gratitude and good wishes for your own life's journey!
