Mount Olivet Careview Home provides a continuum of care to elderly residents, including vibrant cultural programs needing your support.
Since 1965, Mount Olivet Careview Home, a 153-bed skilled-care facility, has offered care and services for elderly people in a loving and supportive environment. Our nursing staff assist our residents in accomplishing their daily living activities. Residents enjoy meals prepared on site and served in dining rooms on each floor. Field trips and programming in the arts, music, assisitive computing, and other cultural areas provides entertainment, education, and social opportunities throughout the year. For residents coping with late-stage memory loss we provide a 16-bed secure unit, where interdisciplinary therapeutic programs enable them to live life to the fullest in a safe environment. Finally, Mount Olivet Careview Home offers support groups for family members seeking education and encouragement.
Last year, we opened a new Transitional Care Unit, adding yet another dimension to the continuum of care offered at our facility. In the near future we will purchase additional buses, computing equipment, new pianos, and other items to enhance the opportunities for cultural and intellectual stimulation afforded our residents. Please consider giving generously to support these efforts!
