Founded in June 2011, The Mirandola Ensemble is a professional choral ensemble based in Minneapolis, MN
"For an ensemble that's just a year old, there's already a beautiful sound that comes from this group. . . . I can't help but think that they've judiciously chosen their singers and their repertoire."
-Steve Staruch, Minnesota Public Radio
Founded in June of 2011, The Mirandola Ensemble was created to "promote the highest standards of choral music performance, the idea of choral music as 'high art' in the Western tradition, and the aesthetics of the Renaissance."
Now in its third season, The Mirandola Ensemble has performed dozens of professional level choral concerts in the Twin Cities area and appeared on Minnesota Public Radio. True to its mission statement, The Mirandola Ensemble promotes the idea of choral music as high art with some of the best professional choral singers in the field. With innovative programming featuring rare and beloved pieces from the Renaissance canon, as well as new pieces composed especially for the group, the Mirandola Ensemble has cultivated a reputation for choral excellence.
The kind of work done by The Mirandola Ensemble requires resources to promote its high standards. Please donate today to help us continue our mission!
We are grateful for your donation!
Thank you, and we hope to see you at our Christmas concerts, Dec. 17th and 23rd in Minneapolis and St. Paul! www.themirandolaensemble.org
