Minnesotans United for All Families and Freedom to Marry have joined up to create the Minnesotans United Education and Research Fund!

Minnesotans United for All Families is the official campaign to support marriage for all Minnesotans. We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with Freedom to Marry (the campaign to win marriage nationwide based in New York and Washington) for Give to the Max Day 2011! All the money raised for Give to the Max Day will go towards the Minnesotans United Education and Research Fund. With our efforts combined, we can support the movement to defend core Minnesota values like family and fairness.

    What makes these couples so different? Why should their love be any less valid than a hetero couple's. it can't be the fact that as a couple they can't procreate. Lots of hetero couples can't and they aren't told, i'm sorry you can't get married. It can't be that one marriage makes the other less important or real. It doesn't. marriageis important no matter who you are if you want it in your relationship.
