Our mission is to promote the art and history of quilting, bringing quilting to all ages.

Minnesota Quilters goal is to bring quilting to any age, sex and gender through our grant program, our annual show and conference, monthly meetings and our web site . A scholarship is given away annually to a new quilter so that this person can attend the Annual Show and Conference, take classes and get a chance to connect with other quilters from around the country. Some of the groups who have been supported by Minnesota Quilters through the grant program have been Girl Scouts of America, Bundles of Love, Arts Alliance and many PBS stations in cities outside of the Minneapolis/St.Paul area. Minnesota Quilters also supports the State Fair by paying all of the premiums given for the Quilt classes totally about $1200.00
