Minnesota Community Foundation
Minnesota Community Foundation helps people across the state turn that generosity of spirit into real impact.
Minnesota Community Foundation was established in 1949 to meet the state’s growing demand for new and flexible ways of giving. Since then, we have worked with individuals and organizations across the state to help them support the causes and communities important to them. From our work pioneering the Radio Talking Book program to establishing a statewide network of community endowments to working with Minnesotans on issues like education reform and homelessness, Minnesota Community Foundation has provided vision and leadership for the state.
Today, the Foundation works with hundreds of individuals and organizations to transform generosity into real-world impact. Providing everything from philanthropic counsel to investment management, Minnesota Community Foundation helps make the best neighbors in the world event better.
Minnesota Community Foundation is an affiliate of Minnesota Philanthropy Partners, a network of foundations, funds and organizations that share knowledge and services to have the greatest possible impact through charitable giving. Minnesota Philanthropy Partners supports The Saint Paul Foundation, Minnesota Community Foundation, F. R. Bigelow Foundation, Mardag Foundation and more than 1,600 affiliates across Minnesota.
