Michelle Morey fundraising for Pay It Forward Fund Summer Walk

It's hard to believe that I am a six 1/2 year breast cancer survivor, even though I announce the number at every event :-). The best thing to come out of my diagnosis was the Pay It Forward Fund. With the support of so many generous people, we have been able to make a huge impact in the lives of hundreds of women during a time of crisis.

This year we're adding a new twist to the summer concert with our 5 mile walk. It is the brainchild of breast cancer survivor, Jennifer Paidosh, and I am excited about the opportunity it gives us to raise more money and help more patients.

Each year, our patient assistance increases, and this year is no exception. We are currently paying over $20,000 per month to help patients buy groceries, pay their mortgages, heat their homes, keep their lights and water on, and repair their cars so they can drive to chemo.

Donations are tax-deductible, and every donation matters! As with all of our events, 100% of the proceeds will be used to pay essential living expenses.
