Mercy Seat wants to do what we can to help our neighbors in North Minneapolis to recover from the recent tornadoes.

Mercy Seat loves its community and its neighbors. We are saddened to see the amount of pain and trouble caused by the recent tornadoes in North Minneapolis, just across the river from us.

Mercy Seat Lutheran Church is a small NE MPLS community church devoted to telling the story of the subversive grace of Christ by doing better theology, commissioning original liturgies from the best local artists, cultivating a spirit of play, thinking critically about the church, incubating artistic expression, and treating all others with respect, kindness, and care.
