MAP Matters Campaign -- Christine Esckilsen

Since January of this year I have been a member of MAP for Nonprofits Board of Directors. MAP for Nonprofits provides a wide range of expert consulting and management services, helping nonprofits achieve their missions. It's incredibly rewarding to volunteer for MAP, an organization whose mission is to help so many other nonprofit organizations.

MAP's financial health has been stable with a growth rate of 44% in net assets over the past 10 years. Fundraising is a necessary step to maintaining and improving MAP's financial health. By growing its resources MAP can increase the productive work it is doing with nonprofits across all sectors. To aid in fundraising, I've created this webpage in an effort to reach my friends, family and colleagues who I believe would be supportive of MAP's mission and my work with the organization.

I'm launching my webpage today, September 24th, because MAP for Nonprofits just received a $10,000 matching grant from the Pohlad Family Foundation. Gifts from new individual donors will be matched dollar for dollar until MAP reaches the $10,000 goal or Dec. 31, 2010 - whichever comes first. Please help us strengthen the effectiveness of the nonprofit community by making a gift to MAP.
