Core Values:

Legacy Christian Academy fulfills its mission through focusing on our Core Values of:

  • Building unity in Christ and standing firmly on the truth that we exist and act for the glory of God (Romans 15:5-6; Isaiah 43:7; Romans 11:36; Colossians 3:17).

  • Standing on the Bible as the source of truth while being full of grace and truth (John 17:17; John 1:14; Colossians 2:2-3).

  • Discipling students in Christ as we assist in developing the “whole” person spiritually, physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally. (Proverbs 22:6; 1 Thessalonians 2:8).

  • Assisting each student to establish an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:14-15).

  • Educating students within a biblical worldview to produce well-educated, God-glorifying, lifelong learners (2 Peter 1:3-4; Romans 11:36, Mark 12:30).

  • Equipping students for life as they develop critical thinking, communication, technology, and academic skills for future educational and occupational success (Colossians 2:8; 1 Timothy 4:1-8; 1 Corinthians 9:22-23; 1 Peter 3:15).

  • Recognizing parents as a child’s primary educator and as a result, partnering with parents in educating the whole child by instilling Christian values to help raise up the next generation of Christ-followers who will impact the world for Jesus. (Deuteronomy 6:4-9; Psalm 78:1-8; Ephesians 6:4)

  • Establishing relationships with students and parents through a caring, safe, and Christ-centered learning environment (1 Thessalonians 2:8; John 17:20-24).

  • Serving as Christian role models at all levels of leadership including the board, administration, faculty, and staff (I Corinthians 11:1; Philippians 4:9).
