the Lanesboro Arts Center serves as a regional catalyst for artistic excellence and educational development in providing diverse art experiences for people of all ages. Programs include Juried Sales and Exhibition Galleries featuring work by 75+ regional artists; annual Father's Day "Art in the Park" celebration; music, literary, film & improv events at the St. Mane Theatre; the Lanesboro Residency Program; gallery tours and Kids Create! Family Art Projects, the Picture Parade elementary school art program; the Discover Sculpture Explore Lanesboro medallion walking tour; and special community events. The Lanesboro Arts Center is the new name of the recently merged nonprofit organizations Cornucopia Art Center and the Lanesboro Art Council, providing year-round arts programming for thirty years in Lanesboro, Minnesota. The Lanesboro Arts Center is a nonprofit organization governed by a Board of Directors, and run with a small staff and many volunteers.
