The Central Minnesota Community Foundation has set up a fund to assist in building the Wobegon trail from St. Joe to the Mississippi River.

The Lake Wobegon Trail is the longest continuous paved trail in the state of Minnesota. It connects with the Central Lakes Trail and extends to Fergus Falls, providing over 100 miles of contiuous paved biking trail. We would like to extend the trail to St. Cloud, where many hundreds of other users would have access to it.
