Kids Against Hunger of Central MN strives to end severe hunger by nourishing the hearts, minds, and bodies of communities worldwide.
Kids Against Hunger of Central Minnesota (KAH) is a volunteer-driven international hunger relief campaign working to distribute food resources to people experiencing extreme hunger and malnutrition both locally and globally. KAH works to achieve this mission in 3 important ways: (1) Packaging nutritious, fortified meals to meet immediate needs; (2) Encouraging community volunteerism by providing service and action opportunities; (3) Increasing education and awareness in the Central Minnesota community about hunger and poverty With the help of thousands of volunteers from all over Central Minnesota, KAH is able to feed hundreds of thousands of people around the world each year. In many communities we serve, the meals provided give individuals the energy and nutrition they need to work towards self-sufficiency. This would not be possible without all of the time, effort, and money that our volunteers and donors provide throughout the year.
