A project of MADELIA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL FOUNDATION
During this Holiday Season consider a donation to the Madelia Community Hospital Therapy Department.
During this Holiday Season we would like to offer you an opportunity to put your donation to work right away. The Madelia Community Hospital Therapy Department is in need of a finger pulse oximeter. While patients are doing their Physical Therapy the staff will monitor the heart rate and oxygen levels. Having an additional pulse ox will help aid our staff in continuing to provide high quality of care.
Physical Therapists can help improve or restore the mobility you need to enjoy life. Physical therapists apply research and proven techniques to help people get back in motion. All physical therapists have a graduate degree from an accredited program and must pass a national examination in order to be licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota. They are trusted health care professionals with extensive clinical experience who examine, assess, and then prevent or treat conditions that limit the body’s ability to move and function in daily life. They treat people of all ages, and here at the Madelia community Hospital they see patients as outpatients, home care clients and as hospital acute care and swing bed patients.
