HIBBING QUARTERBACK CLUB

The Hibbing Quarterback Club is in its final stage of raising funds to build a new locker room facility at Cheever Field. Our fundraising efforts began in the fall of 2007, and to date we have raised $298,000 in cash and in-kind services – approximately $2,000 away from reaching our goal. Our goal is to break ground in the spring of 2010 with completion of the project by the start of the 2010 Hibbing High School football season. We would like you to consider supporting us in this final push to reach our goal. The goal of the Quarterback Club has always been to support and encourage a strong, safe and competitive football program in our community. Since Cheever Field was moved to its current location at the Hibbing Community College, it has been without a locker room facility. With declining enrollments and state cutbacks the school district has been unable to fund the completion of this project, which is why we are asking you to partner with us along with 100’s of supporters to make this project a reality. Consider joining the following supporters: Former HHS Football Alumni Local Buinesses Community Members Grants from the following: Iron Range Resources, United States Steel Foundation, The Cliffs Foundation, Hibbing Foundation, Hibbing High School Foundation Burlington Northern Santa Fe Foundation, Security Bank Foundation, Spanner Family Fund and US Bank Foundation. In-Kind Services from the following: Braun Intertec, RLK Kuusisto LTD, Architectural Resources, Bougalis Construction, Inc., Iron Range Plumbing, A-1 Refrigeration, Seppi Bros. Concrete and Max Gray Construction. Once the project is complete all our supporters will be recognized with their names being listed on a plaque inside the facility.
