Nonprofit owner of the historic State, Orpheum, Pantages & New Century Theatres, dedicated to arts-inspired cultural development.

There are hundreds of reasons to support Hennepin Theatre Trust.

We believe your experience is the most important one.

Please see Give to the Max Giveaway WINNERS below!

Whether you’re attending a concert by your favorite musician, waiting for the opening notes of an acclaimed Broadway show or getting ready to laugh until it hurts watching a touring comedian, the feeling of excitement you experience in our theatres is unlike any other. Since 2000, Hennepin Theatre Trust is proud to continue the tradition of Minneapolis theatre, bringing theatre experiences to over 500,000 patrons each year, right here in Downtown Minneapolis.

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, our goal is to provide you with the best theatre experience every time you join us at one of our historic theatres, participate in an education program or simply visit the Hennepin Avenue cultural district. To do this, we:

  • Present a mix of live performances at our historic theatres and New Century Theatre, including Broadway, concerts, comedians, speakers and more;
  • Create arts education programs to inspire the next generation of artists and patrons;
  • Support a vibrant downtown Minneapolis with our theaters at its core.
