Guthrie Theater Foundation
The Guthrie is a national center for theater arts and theater education. Give today and support world-class, accessible theater!
Thank you for visiting the Guthrie's GiveMN page and deciding to support this vibrant theater center and cultural resource!
Your gift supports fantastic, meaningful theater for everyone by providing educational opportunities to thousands of students, keeping great theater affordable and accessible to everyone, and nourishing exceptional theater on three stages year-round for the entire community.
Each year we engage tens of thousands of students in our Student Matinees to give them the opportunity to experience the power and magic of live theater; a life-changing event! Your support will keep ticket prices well below the cost of production and will support our offering a wide range of accessibility services to provide opportunities for those with vision, hearing, or physical impairments. Your gift will also ensure the Guthrie remains a center for producing exciting new work, as well as continuing to produce world-class productions of classic plays, like the upcoming Charley's Aunt and A Christmas Carol.
If you would like to support the Guthrie with a gift in installments, or even have that gift be a sustaining gift please contact Andy Christensen at 612.225.6164.
Our Mission: The Guthrie Theater, founded in 1963, is an American center for theater performance, production, education and professional training. By presenting both classical literature and new work from diverse cultures, the Guthrie illuminates the common humanity connecting Minnesota to the peoples of the world.
