Happy Hanukkah! Give Gelt to Hillel!

Hillel is always open to all members of the University of Minnesota community. As a non-Jewish intern at Hillel I have had a unique experience with the Jewish community on campus, and I have learned so much about Jewish culture through its many events, programs, and friendly faces than I could have ever imagined - I even know how to play dreidel now, just in time for Hanukkah! Having a place and program where both Jewish and non-Jewish students, along with the community, can celebrate special holidays and events is crucial to Hillel's mission: to empower Jewish university students to build a positive sense of Jewish identity and serve as a Jewish resource for university students of all faiths and backgrounds. - Eric Best, Development Intern
