A project of HILLEL AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA
Help us reach 1000 donors who each commit to giving $18 (LIFE)!
My name is David Milavetz and I am a graduate student at the University of Minnesota, grew up in the Twin Cities and place enormous value in my Jewish identity and community. This year I am honored to be the Student President at Hillel and am truly excited for a year of unique programs that only we can provide.
These programs include Shabbat services, Passover Seders, Jingle (Jewish speed dating), Kosher BBQ's and many other engaging programs for students on campus.
Hillel has been invaluable in my growth as a person and in discovering who I am as a Jewish young adult, as it has for many other students. Hillel helps to enhance awareness about Jewish culture and our local Jewish community. From leadership development, event planning, leading Shabbat services, charity events and developing communication and networking skills.
The vital tools that Hillel provides for young students helps to both enrich the Jewish student’s life at the University of Minnesota but also the Twin Cities Jewish community at large. Today, I am asking you to join me in supporting Hillel and taking that critical step in supporting the future Jewish leaders of our community.
Please join me and become one of 1,000 people to Give LIFE to Hillel in 2012-2013. Your gift will help to strengthen the Jewish identity of today’s students, who will become the future Jewish leaders in our community. Simply click on the link below and follow the instructions. Your $18.00 contribution will make a huge difference for the Jewish future on campus!
