The GCAC plans to create a community hub for arts and cultural education and experiences, through the renovation and use of space in the Grand Hotel. This includes providing the community with a gallery, space for music practice, studio space, an education area, and much more.

As of now, the performing arts program, hosted at the Grand Kabaret, offers high-quality, original music & dramatic arts experiences to the community on Friday and Saturday evenings. The program offers new artists a chance to hone their craft in front of a captive audience. As well as, offering seasoned performances to the community at large.
