The FFF creates innovative percussive dance theater that shares the joy of rhythm through dance, story and song with people of all ages.
Joe Chvala and the Flying Foot Forum enter their 22nd year of ground-breaking, mind-bending, highly physical and wildly theatrical works. Hot off the tremendously popular performances of "Three and Three" at the Cowles Center, FFF has begun its residencies in Twin Cities' middle and high schools to prepare for our upcoming promenade-style, participatory version of "Alice in Wonderland" which will premiere in St Paul in the Fall of 2014. Our exciting work with these students of all ages has inspired us to start a new new project slated for 2015 called "Dancing Through the Halls" which will feature site-specific works in school and community environments. The project will introduce new creative voices and foster collaborations between FFF artists, students and members of the community as we connect to create captivating art in new spaces.
