EUROPEAN CHILDREN ADOPTION SERVICES
TO PROVIDE ADOPTION SERVICES TO ORPHANED CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD.
Hello Supporters of ECAS (European Children Adoption Services),
One effective way we facilitate these adoptions is through our Journey of Hope Summer and Winter Hosting Programs where orphan children ages 7 to 14 spend several weeks to a month with a loving family in the United States and primarily in the Twin Cities in MN. Children from Ukraine are flying to MN this December 28th.
We have immediate financial need for a couple hosting situations. We understand how difficult finances are for many families. We hope that many doing a little, just as Jesus took a boy’s lunch of 2 fish and 5 pieces of bread to feed the multitude, would be a strategy to finance the needs below.
We have only a short time to secure funds so the children’s airfares, visas, passports and arrangements can be secured in time.
Needs are:
*Tanya, age 8 has a host family in Rosemount and her $2600 hosting fee is being paid by a sponsor. However, we need funding to hopefully bring both of her brothers, Vladimir, age 7 and Sergey, age 6.
* Vladic who is 14 and Natasha who is 13 . This would be a last chance for Vladic to meet a prospective forever family as soon he will be too old to be adopted. They have a host family in CT who just adopted a 12 y/o girl (friends of these 2 children) from their orphanage in October. This family needs help financially with the hosting fees, especially after financing the adoption of their daughter. They are trying to find this brother and sister a forever family. (Also the group will be arriving in Minnesota and Vladic and his sister will need Round Trip tickets from Minneapolis to New York). Any donation of frequent flyer miles to arrange for round trip tickets will be a blessing.
* Shani has a host family in Rochester who just adopted a boy (Shani’s friend) in October. ECAS is paying for the hosting fee.
The reality for children of this age is that they have very little chance of being adopted. Our passion is to prove that statistic wrong as we have for the past 10 years. To do this, we really need your prayers and financial support now.
We have dozens of testimonies of how non-hosting families have come forward to meet and adopt children as a result of meeting them in their host family. Please do not discount or dismiss any amount that you can donate to help these children find families through the hosting process.
Although we believe some are able to donate largely as God has enabled them, please give any amount that is on your heart because God will use it to bless these children.
Please do not hesitate and call us at the number below to discuss how to donate. All donations are tax deductible. Thank you for your consideration, prayers and generosity.
Happy Thanksgiving!
